Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Tile Threads website or placing an order. By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Tile Threads ("we," "us," or "our"), a business operating under the laws of Canada.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or using the site under parental or guardian supervision), that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, and that all information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
 
2. Products

Tile Threads sells custom-branded and printed merchandise, including apparel and eventually accessories and household items. All products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, print placement, and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment dye lots, and printing processes. Minor variations of this kind do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
 
3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once your order is confirmed, the price shown at checkout will be honoured.

Prices may not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order.
 
4. Orders and Cancellations
 
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
 
Because products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If production is underway, no refund will be issued for custom or print-on-demand items. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at the email listed in Section 12.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Estimated production and delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Scrabble Shirts is not liable for delays caused by our fulfillment partner, carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's authorities — these are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
 

•  Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

•  Damaged packages must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date, with photographic evidence.

 
Claims made outside these windows may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
 
Because our products are custom-printed on demand, our returns policy follows that of our fulfillment partner, Printful:

Custom and print-on-demand items are not eligible for return or exchange due to customer error — including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction. Please review size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
 
Returns or replacements are accepted where:
 

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• ​We or our fulfillment partner made a printing or manufacturing error; or

• You received an incorrect item

To be eligible, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Items that have been washed, worn, or altered are not eligible.

7. Intellectual Property
 
All website content created by Tile Threads — including logos, designs, text, and graphics — is our property and is protected under Canadian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Tile Threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by our fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
 
Our website and products are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy
 
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
 
11. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, to submit content that infringes third-party rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
